Teach For Sierra Leone delivers a globally tested model of support for teachers, Teaching As Collective Leadership (TACL). Teach For All's Global Learning Lab hosted thousands of virtual visits to transformational classrooms, identifying shared patterns that now shape this framework.
The framework centers students as leaders and equips teachers to build community power through intentional instructional practice.
