The TFSL Fellowship is a unique, internationally recognized leadership development program. It is a fully paid, full-time commitment for 24 months. Fellows typically manage a workload of 60+ hours per week, including classroom instruction, community leadership, tutoring, lesson planning, professional development, training, and reporting.
