Monitoring Visit to Global Outreach School in Masantigie Community – Western Area Rural District
A cross-section of Teach For Sierra Leone (TFSL) HQ staff, alongside representatives from the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE) and the Teaching Service Commission (TSC), conducted a joint monitoring visit to Global Outreach School in Masantigie Community, Western Area Rural District.
This visit forms part of our ongoing commitment to supporting schools and strengthening learning environments in underserved communities.
The monitoring exercise provided an opportunity to engage directly with school leadership, educators, and learners; assess classroom management and lesson delivery; and better understand the realities facing the school community.
Global Outreach Primary School is one of TFSL’s first Model Schools, headed by a TFSL Alumnus, with all teachers serving as current Fellows of the 6th Cohort. This reflects TFSL’s commitment to delivering excellence and supporting children who are farthest behind to achieve their full potential.
